Q. Can I use this email account for Safelists?
A. Yes. You can use your YuhKnow account to receive all your emails
for your safelists. We also have many clients using their Yuhknow account strictly for business use as a contact email address.
With Yuhknow, you will not have fears of NOT receiving your emails due to spam filtering, blackholes.
Reliablity is what every business owner and marketer needs.
Q. Can I use this account to send to my safelists?
A. No, this is not permitted. You can only use YuhKnow to receive safelist emails but you may not bulk send to safelists OR any type of bulk list
using your YuhKnow email account. You can send non-safelist or non-bulk
emails from your account.
Q. Do you offer POP3 Retrieval?
A. No, At this time you can not download other pop3 emails into your yuhknow account.
Q. Do you offer POP3 Access?
A. Yes, you can receive your YuhKnow email through your Outlook Express or whichever
email account manager you currently use. However you will not have smtp access
so you can send with your yuhknow email address using Outlook, Netscape etc. You will need to use
your OWN ISP SMTP email server to send emails with.
Q. How do I set up my Outlook Express, Netscape or Eudora, so I can download my YuhKnow email to my computer?

Q. All my emails from my main inbox have disappeared. Where did they go?
A. We have a very unique system with Yuhknow. When you login to your yuhknow account via webmail and view and/or apply
your filters to your main inbox, this tells our system you have viewed your emails that are currently in your inbox.
Our system then every 5 minutes, will move previously viewed (loaded) emails from your main inbox to your "Viewed" Folder.
The "Viewed" folder is what we and you should refer to as your "second" inbox.
This is a HUGE feature for email account users that have large accounts and large amounts of emails. Each time you load your
inbox or refresh the page, you will only being loading NEW email you have not previously loaded via webmail. This cuts down on time
it takes to load your inbox PLUS helps you locate NEW emails quickly and with ease.
This will help the load of your inbox and you will find only NEWLY arrived emails since last refresh or last login.
If you use One Click Delete option or the Email Potty option, this will delete emails in the inbox PLUS
the email in the viewed folder.
Q. How do I know that your servers can handle the load?
A. We have been online running our own company, for 5 yrs now, and currently
have our own powerful, dedicated servers (thirty five+ in total) and should the need for more arise, we have the means to
acquire more servers as needed.
Q. You say you provide excellent customer service, but how long does it usually
take you to respond to my questions?
A. We usually respond within minutes, however we ask you to be patient and give
us up to 24 hours to respond. For quick response, please use the Customer Help desk and submit a ticket.
Customer tickets are always answered more quickly then emails sent to support.

Q. Do I earn money to refer people?
A. Yes, we have an excellent referral program for our users. We offer MONTHLY and YEARLY residual income.
You have the opportunity to sign up for the reseller program once you have submitted your account information to us for setup, but
if you miss that part, we will also contact you via email once you have signed up with the setup instructions for your reseller account.

Q. What happens if I spam someone using my YuhKnow email account?
A. All spam incidents are investigated. If any of our customers are found to be
spamming using their YuhKnow email address in any way, then your
account will be terminated without refund. There will be a charge of $250 per each verified

Q. What happens if I go over my MB quota that I have purchased?
A. We provide to our members a system that if they do get full on occasion it will NOT bounce their email. BUT if there is abuse of this system by any account, then unfortunately the system will put limitations on that account and bouncing will occur and possible deletion from the system.
We call this our member "over draft" protection just like a checking account. BUT we need your help to make sure your account does not start bouncing.
We either need you to make sure you do not go over your purchased quota by logging in every day or more if needed, to your account and taking care of the emails, using the email potty or the one click delete, or upgrade your account to a new level that will provide the size you need for your emails.
We give you MANY options to deal with your inbox and quantity of email. There is NO reason why any account should go over its quota if properly managed.
If you wish to upgrade to a new size of account, please put in a support ticket and let us know what size of account you wish to be upgraded to and we will provide you with the details on how this can be done.
If you are using any type of safelist submitter,
you should purchase at least 100MB account for your list email address. This is the bare minimum it takes to
hold your messages per day without going over quota and for your account not to be limited.

Q. How do I change my password or contact email for my account?
A. We have a members area that is separate from your email account members area. In the account management,
you can change contact address, your password, and also access the features for
One click delete and the email potty features. To access your account management

Q. Can I delete all my email in my inbox with a click of a button?
A. yes! With our one click feature you can log into your
account management area and click on the button that says 'Delete
all my email', this is done without ever logging into your email box
and having to wait for it all to load if you don't want to! Click Here to login and use the one click delete
Q. I have heard of this "Email Potty", What exactly is it?
A. The Email Potty is a separate feature that each user
needs to set up manually. It works with ANY Pop3 account you have,
it will auto-delete ALL of your email each night at
midnight (EST). Once your emails are deleted, the system will
send you an email letting you know how many emails were deleted from
that Pop Account. The Email Potty is GREAT for when
you go on holidays. Just set up the Email Potty and
once a day your emails will be deleted from your email
account. No worries of Bouncing while on holidays.
You have full access to all emails 24 hours a day, so you may
deal with Safelist validations and read any of the email you
may get. You just have to do it before Midnight each night OR
you can use the One-Click Delete feature for your YuhKnow account
and use the Email Potty for any other Pop3 account
you may have. But you only receive ONE Email Potty for each
YuhKnow account you own. To access the Email Potty setup,

Q. Do you offer Message Filtering?
A. Yes! When you apply your filters through your
option area it is then set to run your filters but
NOT when the email arrives at the server. If you want
the filters to apply to your emails received once you
have set them up, you MUST log into your account and
at each login the filter rules will then run at that
time. This is a great way for you to filter certain
emails you want to read and then delete the others.
If you are using the auto-delete function or the one
click delete and have rules set up. You should log
into your email account before the Cleaner empties
your account. This way, the rules can run, then you
can delete all your email with one of the two delete
features.

Q. How do I cancel my Yuhknow subscription?
A. If you decide to cancel your Yuhknow email account, you will need to contact us to cancel the payment subscriptions. For Credit card subscriptions you will need to Contact Us
and make sure to provide the subscription information, the username of the account and your full name. We will then cancel the credit card subscription for you.
